Gorgonzola & Charcuterie Board

Ingredients:
- Gorgonzola Dolce
- Gorgonzola Piccante
- Prosciutto
- Salami
- Rustic bread (slices or small baguette pieces)
- Red grapes
- Honey
- Fresh rosemary & thyme
Preparation:
Prepare the cheeses:
- Slice or crumble the Gorgonzola Dolce and Gorgonzola Piccante into small portions for easy picking.
- Arrange some whole pieces for visual appeal.
Arrange the cured meats:
- Fold or roll slices of prosciutto and salami and place them in small clusters on the board.
Add the bread:
- Slice the rustic bread into small pieces or thin baguette slices and place around the cheeses and meats.
Add the grapes:
- Scatter red grapes across the board, leaving some clusters attached to stems for a natural look.
Add the honey:
- Place honey in a small bowl or drizzle lightly over the Gorgonzola for added flavor.
Add herbs:
- Garnish with fresh rosemary and thyme sprigs to add color and aroma.
Final touches:
- Step back and fill any empty spaces with extra grapes, bread pieces, or small cheese chunks to create a full, balanced board.
