Cheese & Snack Board with Parmigiano Reggiano

Ingredients:
- Parmigiano Reggiano
- Crackers (multigrain or seeded)
- Grissini
- Pretzel sticks or bites
- Walnuts
- Fresh fruits (apple slices, red grapes)
- Dried fruits (cranberries or apricots)
- Honey
- Fig or apricot jam
Preparation:
Prepare the cheese:
- Cut the Parmigiano Reggiano into small wedges or chunks for easy picking.
- Arrange some pieces whole for visual appeal.
Place the crackers and grissini:
- Arrange crackers in small stacks or a fan shape.
- Place grissini in a small bundle or leaning against a jar for height.
Add pretzels:
- Scatter pretzel sticks or bites in small clusters around the board.
Add nuts:
- Place walnuts in small piles or in small bowls on the board.
Add fresh fruits:
- Arrange apple slices and red grapes in separate sections or small bunches to add color and freshness.
Add dried fruits:
- Scatter cranberries or apricots around the board, filling gaps and adding texture.
Add spreads:
- Place small bowls of honey and fig/apricot jam on the board.
- Optionally drizzle a little honey over cheese for presentation.
Final touches:
- Step back and fill any empty spaces with extra nuts, crackers, or fruits for a balanced and full look.
